Enquiries
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss your request. The enquiry form asks for your name, organization, email address, and any optional details you choose to include. If you carry a savings scenario into the form, those assumptions are included with your enquiry.
Please do not include confidential financial documents, payment details, or sensitive patient or employee information. We can discuss an appropriate way to share records if an engagement proceeds.
Website hosting and forms
The website is hosted using Netlify. When form handling is enabled, Netlify processes submissions on our behalf. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. See Netlify’s privacy policy for information about its services.
Typography
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers to retrieve them, which can disclose technical request information such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
Optional analytics
If optional analytics is enabled on this site, a preferences panel asks for your choice before loading it. You can decline and continue using the website. With your consent, Google Analytics measures page views and actions such as email and phone link clicks. Microsoft Clarity captures clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and page interactions to create heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the website. These services use cookies and similar technologies. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement and Google’s Privacy Policy for how these providers process information. Enquiry fields and calculator inputs are marked for masking in Clarity.
Our analytics event code does not intentionally include names, email addresses, enquiry messages, or scenario values. An enabled analytics provider may process technical information under its own terms. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer when analytics is available.
Local preferences and calculator
Your analytics preference may be stored in your browser. The calculator computes a scenario in your browser. Choosing to discuss it places the assumptions in the review page URL and form so you can see what will be sent.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is kept for responding to your request and any subsequent business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to ask about the information associated with your enquiry or request a correction or deletion.
